Containing 37 nutrient values for 4,225 foods, beverages and dietary supplements.

More than just calories, carbs, protein and fat. With the accurate AUSTNUT 2007 database you get accurate data in your dietary analysis. Analysis of 37 nutrients helps assess key nutrients such as iron, calcium and omega 3 to name a few. This allows Foodzone to make reports based on how a persons dietary intake compares against the Australian government NRVs (Nutrient Reference Values).

Two in depth reports can be made, the meal report and the nutrient report. The Meal report shows all the foods and amounts eaten over a select date range from each meal. The nutrient report shows the individuals nutrient intake over a selected date range for each of the NRV areas including Estimated Average Requirements (EAR), Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI) , Average Intake (AI), Suggested Daily Targets (SDT), Upper Limits (UL), Macronutrients as a percentage of energy intake and Fatty acids as a percentage of fat intake.
